Once the documents are submitted, they will be reviewed by us and a letter will be mailed to you/the applicant confirming if they are, or are not, eligible to apply for services. Have you/they received this letter?
Please follow up with their area DSO to see if they are missing any documentation. Once all of the required documents are submitted it could take some time for their DSO office to assess the information and have a letter mailed out to you/the applicant.
