Next, a person who works for the DSO will call the applicant to complete the application package, have you/they received this call?
There may be a wait time between when the letter is received and when a call is placed by someone from their area DSO. The wait time depends on how many people are applying for services and how many DSO staff members who complete the assessments are available in your area. Call their area DSO if their situation or information changes so that we can be as responsive as possible to their situation.
